Return Policy

 

In accordance with UK consumer law, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 14 days of receipt.

Please note:

  • The return shipping costs are at your own expense.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the package is delivered to the correct return address and that the items arrive in an undamaged condition.

  • Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

  • Returned products must show no signs of use. If there are visible signs of wear, the item will not be accepted for return.

  • The return address will be provided during the return process. Please note that the return address is located in Asia, which may result in higher return costs than expected. There is no return address in the UK.

Products that cannot be returned include:

  • Perishable goods

  • Hygiene-related items

  • Products that cannot be resold after even minimal use


Conditions for Returns

Your order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order must include all original parts, accessories, and packaging in the exact same condition as received.

  2. Items where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.

  3. The product was found to be defective immediately upon arrival.

  4. Monami London reserves the right to require customers to use tracked/registered shipping and to cover these costs.

  5. Returns are processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this timeframe.

We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect they have been used, damaged, or altered outside of our responsibility.


How to Return Your Order

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to start the return procedure:

  1. Send an email to: customerservice@monami-london.com

  2. Make sure to include the following details in your email:

    1. Order number
    2. Reason for return request
    3. Photo of the item (in case of damage or defect)
    4. Full name of the customer
    5. Customer address

Once we have received your request, we will contact you and provide the correct return address.

⚠️ Important: Never return your parcel to the sender’s address. You will receive the correct return address by email after contacting us. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s).
