Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with Track and Trace.

Here you can find the status of your order and give additional instructions to the delivery service if necessary.

Didn't receive your order? Unfortunately! After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the order number. Your order will be dispatched the same day. You will receive an e-mail with a track & trace number to follow the parcel.

Returns and exchanges

Return period

We operate a return period of 14 days within which the customer may return his or her package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return must be sent back to our department store within these 14 days.

Conditions of return

All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition suitable for resale with the tags still attached.For items purchased in clearance sales or discounted items, Monami does not offer a refund option.

These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or redeemed for shopping credit.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Returns are at your own expense and depend on the courier and the country you are returning the parcel from.

Exchanging or returning an order is very easy.

Within 14 days of receiving your order, send an e-mail to customer@monami-london.com stating that you wish to exchange one or more products.

We will then immediately send you the return instructions.

After your return is received by our warehouse, we will process your return within 10 days. In most cases, your exchange request will be fulfilled within a few days. You will always receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking code once your new order has been fulfilled.

Ask our customer service team about the possibilities. We will give you an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already created your return and the product is sold out, we will contact you and find a solution together.

Your order number can be found in the confirmation e-mail you received after placing your order. This is a five-digit code. If you did not receive this e-mail correctly, our customer service will be happy to help you.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipment or production. Of course, we are happy to resolve this with you.
